Information we collect
1. Information you give us. When you send a message or request a quotation through our contact form, we collect your full name, email address, subject and message, and if you provide them your company name, phone number and the product you are asking about.
2. Information collected automatically. When you submit the form we also record your IP address, the page you sent it from, and the time it was sent. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type and date/time) for security and troubleshooting.

- To keep the Website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
How your inquiry is handled
Messages from the contact form are delivered to our company email inbox through an email delivery service. They are not stored in the Website's database. We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on business with you, and no longer than [2] years unless required by law.
Third-party services
- Email delivery: Resend, which delivers form messages to our inbox and may process them on servers outside Indonesia.
- Hosting: our Website is hosted on servers in Indonesia.
- Google Maps: our location map is provided by Google. When the map loads, Google may collect information according to its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp and LinkedIn: if you click these buttons you leave our Website, and those services' privacy policies apply.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including restricted server access and protection of our administration panel. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, update or delete the personal data you have sent us, or to stop using it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.
